30 Minute Pan Seared Party Wings

This recipe is quick, tasty and most of all easy!

  • 2 lbs of Party Wings (Thawed)
  • 2 Tbs. Vegetable Oil

First, pan sear chicken for about 10 minutes on medium high heat while coating well with seasoning. Next, saute over medium heat with the lid on for 20 minutes until chicken is nice and tender. Lastly, remove the lid and turn up the heat a notch or two while pan searing on medium high heat for another 5 minutes.

Note: For a darker seared skin turn up the burner to high heat for 2 minutes on each side turning until nice and brown with crispy skin. Altogether my cook time for this delicious pan seared chicken recipe was about 35 minutes. It's Quick & Easy 101 Recipes!


Homemade Turkey Burgers

This recipe is so versatile. You could add just about anything you'd like. For instance you could add, bread crumbs, green bell peppers, celery, Worcestershire sauce, etc., the list goes on. Be creative and make this recipe your very own. However, be sure to follow along using my Quick & Easy 101 Recipe guidelines as shown in this video.

  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2½ lbs. of ground turkey
  • 1 cup chopped red bell peppers
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 3-4 medium cloves of garlic (to make fresh garlic paste)

Place ground turkey in a large mixing bowl, add all other ingredients and mix until well combined. Now form patties and place them in a hot skillet over medium heat cooking 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and ***no longer pink inside.

***NOTE*** The USDA recommends cooking turkey to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees.
You can use a meat thermometer in the center of the patties to check for the minimum temperature.
Top with any fixings you desire. In the video I used whatever I had on hand, which made this recipe really Quick & Easy 101!


Pan-Seared Tilapia with Garlic Butter Sauce

This is a very quick & easy one person meal that is so novice friendly that anyone could cook it. Just follow these easy step by step instructions below.

*NOTE: To serve 2, double ingredients.

  • ½ lb Tilapia (2 med-large)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp extra light virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven at 375°

In a nonstick skillet, over medium heat, combine butter, olive oil, garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper. Add Tilapia and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and flakes easily with a fork. Six minutes later Tilapia is golden brown, flaky and ready to be plated. Once plated drizzle the remainder of sauce over fish, garnish and serve.

*The sides in this video makes a delicious and complete meal, but of course, add any sides of your choice.


Warm Pasta & Shrimp Salad with a Buttery Garlic, Old Bay Seasoning Sauce

You are in for a treat with this Quick & Easy 101 Recipe, Warm Pasta & Shrimp Salad. It’s dressed with a buttery garlic, Old Bay seasoning sauce.
*NOTE: This recipe is very versatile, meaning you can make it your own by adding more or less of any of the ingredients listed below. Also great topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

  • 1 tbs oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbs onion powder
  • 1 Sm. onion (sliced)
  • 1 16 oz pk angel hair
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 2 cups spinach (fresh)
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbs old bay seasoning
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 Sm. red bell pepper (sliced)
  • ½ cup of unsalted butter (stick)
  • 1 Sm. yellow bell pepper (sliced)
  • 3 tbs extra light virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbs fresh lemon juice (1 med. lemon)
  • 1 lb of pre cooked frozen salad shrimp (thawed, peeled and deviened)

Warm Pasta SaladCook pasta following package directions, drain and set aside. Don’t overcook! In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter, add olive oil, peppers, onions and garlic, saute for 5-10 minutes. On low heat add shrimp, Old Bay Seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix. Now turn off heat and add spinach, tomatoes and angel hair. Give a good toss and serve while warm. Enjoy!


Warm Quinoa Vegetable Medley

This Warm Quinoa Vegetable Medley is one Healthy Salad, or it can be served as a light meal. Either way it's sure to please one's appetite. We hope that you'll enjoy it!

  • 1-2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tsp onion powder
  • 1 Sm. onion (chopped)
  • 1 Sm. red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 cups vegetable broth or water
  • 1 cup Quinoa (rinsed thoroughly)
  • 1 Sm. green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 Tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh baby leaf spinach
  • 1 Sm. yellow bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 15 oz can garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed)

Quinoa Add olive oil to a large saucepan over medium heat. To the saucepan add bell peppers, onions, half of the tomatoes, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Saute for 2 minutes, then add Quinoa with 2 cups of vegetable broth or water, bring to a boil, then to a simmer. Place a lid over the saucepan and allow the Quinoa to cook for 10-15 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Stir occasionally. Once Quinoa is cooked, gently mix in the spinach and at this time you could add the remainder of tomatoes. This wonderful meal is now ready to be served as is, or once cooled down a little. If desired serve with your choice of dressing. I chose Greek yogurt dressing with a drizzle of lemon juice added to it and all I will say is... DELISH! Hope you enjoy!


Crumb Crusted Salmon Topped With Spinach

What a healthy way to enjoy salmon and spinach.

  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup of orange-pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup of plain Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 4-6 oz Fresh Salmon Fillets (Skin Removed)
  • 1 16 oz package of frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 3 tbsp butter {salted)
  • 1 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat Oven to 375°

Marinate salmon fillets in orange-pineapple juice for 15 minutes. Meanwhile mix breadcrumbs with lemon juice, 1 tsp of Old Bay, 2 tbsp of melted butter, onion powder and garlic powder. In a saucepan add spinach, 1 tbsp of butter, diced onions and simmer for 10 minutes. Place marinated salmon in a greased baking pan, top with bread crumb mixture and bake for 20 minutes. When the salmon is done remove, top with spinach and serve.


Pasta Salad with Greek Dressing

Of course many exchanges can be made with this quick & easy pasta salad, (i.e., feta cheese instead of cheddar, green olives instead of black or both, any vinaigrette dressing, etc.) Warning, this pasta salad is delicious and bursting with flavor, striking just the right balance.

  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 2 cups uncooked penne pasta
  • 1 small sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 roasted red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, cubed

Bring lightly salted water to a rolling boil and add penne, stirring occasionally. Cook uncovered 11-13 minutes until pasta becomes aldente, avoid overcooking. Rinse under cold water and drain well. In a large mixing bowl combine pasta, cucumber, broccoli florets, tomatoes, olives, onion, cubed cheese, roasted red peppers, salt and pepper to taste if desired. Pour Vinaigrette Greek dressing over all the ingredients and mix well. Transfer pasta salad to a serving bowl, cover and chill for 2-3 hours before serving.

Bonus Food Fact: Broccoli is a calciferous vegetable. It is related to kale, cauliflower, cabbage and Brussels sprouts.
Raw broccoli contains almost 90% water, 7% carbs, 3% protein and almost no fat.


Cajun Style Oven Baked Corn On The Cob

Quick & Easy 101 Recipe style corn on th cob that's a great compliment to a Thanks Giving Day dinner. Turkeys love corn and we like both so why not serve them together.

Note: The recipe is set for 6 ears of corn

  • 1 tsp of thyme
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of salt (If Desired)
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup of butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp of curry powder(optional)
  • 1 tsp of parsley flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp of Old Bay® seasoning (optional)

    1. Add all ingredients to melted butter mix well

    2. Pour butter mixture all over corn and brush

    3. Cover tightly with foil

    4. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

    5. Remove from oven, carefully uncover and plate *CAUTION: Steam is hot!

    6. Now pour the butter from the pan all over corn and enjoy!

To this recipe we added Old Bay® seasoning. In the video we used all of the seasons listed and it was so very tasty. If you want strictly that Cajun season flavor, stick with all of the seasonings except the ones marked optional. Enjoy!


Cheese Steak Pocket

This Yummy Cheese Steak Pocket is So Quick & Easy! It's one that you'll be sure to enjoy!

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • pita bread (6-inch) cut in half, forming 8 pockets
  • 2 Slice of your favorite cheese or (Optional Choice)
  • 1 Sm. sliced onions
  • 1 lb thinly sliced steak
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • can (10¾ ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup (Optional)

Brown Steak for 2-3 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Onions should be translucent and steak should be cooked thoroughly, don't overcook. Now mix onions with steak, preparing to top with cheese. Cheese steak pocket is ready to be served using pita or bread of your choice. Enjoy!


Chili Seasoned Fries

These tasty Chili Seasoned Fries, seasoned with, salt, chili powder, onion powder and paprika, was so quick & easy!

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 Medium potatoes sliced (washed and dried)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp chili seasoning
  • 2½ cups of vegetable oil

To reduce oil splatter, first pat dry potatoes. Preheat 2½ cups of oil in a large skillet to 375 degrees, then carefully lower sliced potatoes into pan, fry until fork tender and golden brown. Remove from oil, place on wire rack to drain, then while fries are still hot place them on a baking sheet and sprinkle the seasonings all over them, then toss until all the fries are generously covered with the seasoning mix. Serve and enjoy!

NOTE: French fries are one of those very versatile foods that you could add variety to.
If you like spicy foods and you desire to “feel the fire” then sprinkle a nice dose of powdered cayenne pepper to this recipe for an extra kick!
